Pilot website

Water OnCall is preparing a service that will connect customers with approved bulk water haulers. The website currently provides information, demonstrations, pilot waitlists and a preliminary water-hauler application.

No live delivery is booked

Demo screens are examples only. Using a demo, joining a waitlist or submitting an application does not order water, reserve a delivery, create a water-hauling contract or process a payment.

Water-hauler applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or activation. Water OnCall may request supporting documents and signed agreements before approving a company. The acknowledgement in the application is not a replacement for those agreements.

Information you provide

Please provide accurate information and do not submit payment-card information, access codes or emergency information through a waitlist or application form. Application pricing may be reviewed and adjusted before activation.

Future services

Availability, service areas, pricing, screening requirements and platform features may change as the pilot develops. Any future live order will be governed by the terms and price shown during that order.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit information for another person without permission.
