Information we collect

When you join a pilot list, we collect your email address and any town, postal code, service area or company name you provide. A water-hauler application also collects business contacts, operating areas, equipment, services, private starting rates and qualification status. We count website visits and pages viewed using a random anonymous visitor identifier. We do not store your IP address for analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to manage pilot interest, review water-hauler applications, contact applicants, plan matching and pricing rules, understand where service is needed and improve the website.

Email choices

We send pilot updates only after you provide consent. Application confirmations and review messages relate to an application you submit. You may unsubscribe from promotional updates at any time by using an unsubscribe option in a message or by emailing us.

How information is handled

We use service providers to host the website, store submissions and send email. Application rates and operating details are used for Water OnCall planning and review; they are not presented as a public price-comparison list. We limit access to people and providers who need the information to operate Water OnCall. We do not sell submitted or website-usage information.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the pilot, application review, legal requirements and business records. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information.
