Information we collect

When you join a Water OnCall pilot list, we collect your email address and any town, postal code, service area or company name you choose to provide. We also count website visits and pages viewed using a random anonymous visitor identifier. We do not store your IP address for analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to manage pilot interest, contact you about Water OnCall, understand where service is needed, improve the website and help plan our approved water-hauler network.

Email choices

We send pilot updates only after you provide consent. You may unsubscribe at any time by using an unsubscribe option in a message or by emailing us.

How information is handled

We use service providers to host the website and store submissions. We limit access to people and providers who need the information to operate Water OnCall. We do not sell waitlist or website-usage information.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the pilot, legal requirements and business records. You may ask to access, correct or delete your waitlist information.
